Yoga brings together awareness and attention to body and breath and elements of mindfulness which offer a wonderful feeling of safety for your senses. Via breathwork, relaxation practices and gentle movement, your stress responses are minimised and your relaxation response is activated leaving you with a golden glow.
Breathing Space is a free funded yoga class which aims to inspire, reassure and support people to find activity that suits them and create a sense of community. Classes are on Mondays 11:00 - 12:00 contact Rebecca at pauseyogaglossop@gmail.com for further information.
